Longhorn Friday

Longhorn Friday seeks to create an enhanced sense of belonging for all students, faculty and staff on campus and unite the broader UT community across Texas and around the world.

Whether you’re on the Forty Acres every day or you’re 4,000 miles away, Longhorn Friday is a way to show your Texas spirt, and it’s as simple as wearing burnt orange or the Longhorn silhouette.

College Colors Day (Friday, August 30, 2019) marked the one-year anniversary of the official launch of Longhorn Friday, but that’s just the beginning. We’ll wear burnt orange every Friday ‘til Gabriel blows his horn.

Vanessa Garza was GREAT and followed up the next day with better information than I'd received from a few other sources! THANK YOU Vanessa!
