The Language Development Lab at UT Austin is currently looking for native speakers of Arabic or French who learned English during or after adolescence and speak English with an accent, to help with recording stimuli to be used in a psychology study exploring children’s response to speakers with unfamiliar accents. You will be asked to read short sentences while being recorded over zoom. Only one session will be required, and the session will take about an hour. Compensation of $20 will be provided.
