We looking for people with type 2 diabetes to help with a research study. 

If you are: 

(1) 18 years old or above and have been diagnosed with T2DM for at least one year; 

(2) able to read, comprehend, and respond to a series of questions in English; 

(3) dentulous persons (have at least 6 teeth). 

People who have an acute infection, are currently pregnant, currently undergoing treatment for cancer, or currently wearing braces are not eligible.
