In order to continue to create a safer UT community, all student organizations must complete the Safety Education Program annually. To receive credit for the Safety Education Program, your organization must send the President/Primary Contact as listed on HornsLink to a Safety Education Workshop by October 24, 2024 and present the workshop content back to your student organization membership.

To RSVP, Presidents and Primary Contacts should select “I will be attending” in the RSVP portion of this HornsLink event. We encourage all students who have RSVP’d to add the date/time of the workshop to their calendar. Then, in advance of the workshop time, follow the “online location instructions” above to get access to the Zoom workshop space.

Any students in need of accommodations (e.g. closed captioning, etc.) to best engage during a Zoom meeting, can reach out directly to safetyeducation@austin.utexas.edu.
