Mindful Stamp Making

Come grab a Stamp Making Kit and learn more about being mindful throughout your day!

Students who RSVP will pick-up their stamp making kits from West Mall on March 10 from noon to 2 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to reconvene from 6 - 7 p.m. the same day to learn more about being mindful from Kelsey Lammy, Mental Health Promotion Coordinator at UT's Counseling and Mental Health Center. She will provide a 30-minute virtual presentation about mindfulness over Zoom. Then immediately following the presentation students will be virtually guided on how to create their own ink stamps from scratch using the kit. This is a hybrid and RSVP event.

There are a limited amount of stamp making kits available, so RSVP on Hornslink now to secure your spot! Simply RSVP'ing does not imply a student will receive a stamp making kit. Students who RSVP earlier in advance will be given priority.

Safety Protocols for Pick-Up: Anyone feeling unwell, displaying symptoms, or is high risk, should stay home. Wearing protective face masks is highly encouraged during this event. Sanitization stations will be present. All student participants, including team members, must remain 6 feet apart at all times.

If you have any questions please contact Luz Martinez Aburto at luz.martinezaburto@austin.utexas.edu.
