About this Event
mindful UT, a program of the the Longhorn Wellness Center, and the DCC are hosting drop-in mindfulness sessions every Thursday from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. in the DCC space, SSB 2.106.
Each week features different activities like watercolors, meditation, breathwork, journaling and more. This is a drop-in format, so come anytime during the hour that fits your schedule. All members of the UT community are welcome, no prior mindfulness experience necessary.
