The Memory & Aging Lab in the Department of Psychology at UT Austin is conducting a study to understand cognitive processes in different cultures.

We are looking for people who are:

1) Aged 18-35

2) Fluent in English

3) Mexican Americans: you were born in the US, but both of your parents were born in Mexico

or

Non-Hispanic White Americans: you were born in the US, as were both of your parents and all of your grandparents

You will visit the lab once on the UT campus, taking 2-2.5 hours. You will be asked to answer simple questions about your feelings about words and pictures shown on a computer.

Participants will be compensated with $15 per hour plus $5 for travel expenses.
