##EyeTrackingResearchThe IX Lab at UT Austin's iSchool (https://sites.utexas.edu/ixlab) is looking for English speakers to join an eye-tracking study on how people search for addresses and plan routes.
We are looking for people who:
1) Have normal or corrected-to-normal vision.
2) Can work at a computer at a typical distance (55cm-70cm).
3) Speak English fluently.
Participants will be asked to complete two Google Maps tasks (satellite and standard map) to find two addresses (residence and business) on each map and plan a route between them. Their computer interactions (keyboard and mouse) and eye movements will be recorded. The session will take about 20 minutes.
The study will take place at 1616 Guadalupe Street, UTA Building #5.516, Austin, TX, 78701.
You will be paid $10 (Amazon gift card) upon the successful completion of the study.
