The Neurolinguistics Lab at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking healthy participants ages 18-45 for an electroencephalography (EEG) study of human brain function. Participants will be compensated $15/hour. 

The experiment will not exceed two hours.

This study has been approved by The University of Texas at Austin Institutional Review Board.

The data collected from your participation will be a part of scientific research that will potentially be published for public or specialized consumption. The validity and generalizability of the findings from the current study can only be established if you the participant, meet all of the following criteria:

• being 18-45 years old.
• being a native speaker of English
• have no prior experience with French
• currently not using any medication for psychiatric reasons 
• having no history of hearing or neurodevelopmental disorders.
