Our team is interested in conducting a research study among healthy, adults, age 18-65. 

Our study aims to better understand the health, lifestyle, and attitudes of adults living in Austin, TX; and to gauge awareness, perceptions, and attitudes toward blood donation. 

The study entails a 1-minute background survey and a 25-minute study survey (both via Qualtrics). Participants should finish the 1-minute pre-screening survey with complete information in order to be qualified for completing the full study survey. The survey is launched already and will be open till Wednesday 9/22 (the background survey will close 1 day earlier on Tuesday 9/21). 

You will receive a $50 gift card that can be used at dozens of retailers (Amazon, Nordstrom, Whole Foods, AMC, Uber/Lyft, DoorDash, etc.) upon successfully completing the survey. 

Moreover, there is a chance to earn a MasterCard debit card for up to $50 by referring two people who also successfully complete the survey ($25 per successful referral). The referral is considered successful when the referred participant: 

1) is identified as healthy male and female adults (between 25 to 65 years old) from any ethnic/cultural background who reside in the greater Austin area; and
