Paid Brain Imaging Research Study on Bipolar Disorder:
Young Adults Needed

The Department of Psychiatry at Dell Medical School is conducting a research study that looks at how the brain works using advanced MRI brain scanning techniques.

We are looking for people who:

  • are 18-25 years of age
  • are eligible for MRI scans
  • are not pregnant or possibly pregnant
  • have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder

Brain scanning will take approximately 60 minutes. Other study components include completing diagnostic interviews, and mental function (cognitive and behavioral) tests. Total participation will take about 5-6 hours.

You will be compensated for study components completed and receive up to $110.

The research study will be conducted at The University of Texas at Austin.
