About this Event
The Preston Lab is seeking 18-35 year old people in good general health to participate in a behavioral research study that focuses on human cognition and memory.
This study will consist of one session of a computer-based task at our lab on the UT main campus. The session will approximately 90 minutes. You will be compensated $10/hour for your participation.
To participate in this study you must meet the following qualifications: Over the age of 18; A native English speaker since the age of 5; Have normal (or corrected to normal) vision - Corrected vision includes contacts or glasses; Have normal (or corrected to normal) hearing; NOT have a history of major psychotic disorders - This can include: - Schizophrenia - Bipolar disorder - Depression; NOT currently using any medication for psychiatric reasons - This includes: - Antidepressants - antianxiety drugs - drugs to treat ADD or ADHD; NOT have a history of substance dependence; NOT have a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
