Paid Research Opportunity for Undergraduate and Graduate Students at UT Austin

The Laboratory of Multicultural Processes and Mental Health in the Department of Psychology is conducting a research study that attempts to determine how a person’s degree of multiculturalism affects their perception of others in American society.

We are looking for potential participants who:

  • are currently enrolled (undergraduate/graduate) at UT Austin

  • and are 18-65 years of age

Participants will be asked to go to the Multicultural lab (SEA 2.314) where they will be asked to complete a packet of self-report measures consisting of two separate measures of multiculturalism, and a demographics questionnaire followed by a free association task. This study will take approximately one hour.

You will be compensated for participating in the study with a $20 Amazon gift card.

The research study will be conducted on campus.
