The purpose of this research is to improve understanding of how the brain processes decisions and memories in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).The purpose of this research is to improve understanding of how the brain processes decisions and memories in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Study Details:
- Participants will complete MRIs, computer tasks, questionnaires, interviews, and provide biological samples (blood, saliva, hair)
- Study involves 4 visits on different days, lasting between 1-4 hours per session

Research activities will take place at the Health Discovery Building in the Department of Psychiatry
Research Volunteer Eligibility:
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Adults ages 21-50

You may not participate if you have braces, certain metal implants, claustrophobia, history of major medical disorders, seizures, brain damage, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, or if you are pregnant
Participants can earn up to $340 for completing all study visits.
