PCOS Kind Mind Program: helping young women with PCOS live happier and healthier lives.
PCOS Kind Mind Program is an online mindfulness-based program that focuses on helping young women with PCOS ages 13-23 make sustainable lifestyle changes to help improve both physical and mental health. Mindfulness practices allow for people to focus on the present moment, and notice behaviors in a nonjudgmental way. Specifically, mindfulness will be used to examine behaviors related to nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Five online virtual sessions allow participants to learn about mindfulness techniques and share their experiences and ideas in a collaborative environment.
