In the Person-Centered Medication study, we are exploring whether a medication teaching program helps people understand their medications and to assist them with taking their medications as prescribed.

The purpose of this project is to study whether a medication teaching program helps people understand their medications and to assists them with taking their medications as prescribed.

By participating in this study, participants may become more aware of the medications they are taking. Participation in this study may also help people who speak other primary languages in the future.

To thank you for your time and participation in this study you will receive a $15 dollar gift card through email or by mail upon completion of the pre-survey, the education, and the post-education survey. You will receive an additional $10 dollar gift card upon completion of the follow-up optional survey 4 weeks later. To participate in this study please visit shorturl.at/ADQ13 and e-mail us once you have completed your survey with your name. We will email you back to set up a time for a zoom meeting or in-person meeting to complete the rest of the survey.
