Planet Texas 2050 Research Showcase

On Friday, April 26th, the Planet Texas 2050 team is hosting its inaugural research showcase. Come find out what progress we've made during our first year as a University of Texas Grand Challenge. See what we've been working on, what milestones we've hit, and what goals we're setting for future work.

The morning will feature an interactive showcase, lightning talks, technology demonstrations and more. Everyone from our community — in Austin and beyond — is invited to attend. UT faculty, staff, and student researchers are especially encouraged to join us to learn how they can participate in Planet Texas 2050 projects. Our success depends on the ideas, perspectives, and contributions from all areas of expertise, so please join us as we work together to make Texas more resilient in the face of rapid population growth and climate extremes.

Friday, April 26 at 9:00am to 12:00pm
