The Professional Development Day (PDD) Conference is a joint effort by two staff organizations at The University of Texas at Austin: Academic Counselors Association (ACA) and Association of Professionals in Student Affairs (APSA). Our focus is to serve those who serve students, improving the overall higher education experience. What started as a small half-day retreat has since grown into a day-long conference for professionals across Texas.

This year’s PDD Conference will highlight the individuality of professional development—taking a person’s talents and nurturing them to uncover new possibilities.
