Qigong Meditation and Exercise Practice Group

Qigong has been practiced in China for several thousand years.   The exercises shared in this group are very simple, but still beneficial.   Qigong can benefit both the healthy as well as the challenged individual.  Any member of the UT Community and all levels of experience can participate and are welcomed to this free practice group.   Join in at anytime during the practice session.    Starting November 20, the group will need to move to FAC 332 until May.
