About this Event
Free EventGet ready to unwind, de-stress and move to the beat of the music at Dance Out the Stress, a free event featuring three energizing dance workouts designed to help you decompress. Choose one, two, or do them all: Cardio Dance, Zumba, and Country Line Dancing. Each of the sessions will be 30 minutes long and will showcase a different instructor.
The event is scheduled for Monday, April 10, 5-7pm, on Gregory Gym Plaza and is open to students, faculty, staff and RecSports members. Click here to RSVP.
