Experienced wilderness backpackers will enjoy an epic journey through the rugged beauty of Southern Utah on this 9-day adventure trip with visits to four national parks- Capitol Gulch, Capital Reef National Park, Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. From breathtaking hikes through red rock canyons to serene nights under starry skies, this trip is designed for adventurers eager to connect with nature. For currently enrolled UT students and UT faculty/staff with current RecSports membership.

Dates: Explore Utah is set for May 14-22.
 

Prerequisites: Participants must have a minimum of two nights of continuous wilderness experience and be able to hike up to 10 miles carrying a backpack weighing 30-40 lbs before registering for the trip.
