Master the fundamentals of kettlebell training and make them a staple in your workout with this six-week series. Kettlebell training improves overall fitness, builds practical strength, stability, and muscles, burns calories, and enhances coordination and balance.

 

Kettlebell Basics will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 24-April 9, from 7-8pm at the Recreational Sports Center.  The series is open to currently enrolled UT students and RecSports members.

 

 Register by Feb. 20.
