Build confidence in performing resistance-based exercises in the weight room with this eight-week series. Weight Training Basics focuses on proper form and technique of exercises such as the bench press, squat, deadlift, and hinge. Participants will also gain support for their achieving their individual health goals.

 

Weight Training Basics will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 24-April 23, from 12:30-1:30pm at Bellmont Hall 406. The series is open to currently enrolled UT students and RecSports members.

 

 Register by Feb. 20.
