Let a RecSports certified personal trainer help you get the most of your workouts with RecSports' eight-week series, Weight Room Training Basics. Learn proper form and the technique of exercises such as bench press, row, overhead press, squat, deadlift, and hinge. Classes will be held at the Recreational Sports Center Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-5pm, Feb. 5-April 5. The series is open to UT students and RecSports members and registration is available on the RecSports Online Store. Don't miss out! The registration deadline is Feb. 3.
