Individuals 18-26 years diagnosed with PCOS are invited to participate in this anonymous online survey. The purpose of the study is to learn more about quality of life, sleep, and positive psychological attributes like optimism and hope among people with PCOS. Survey will take 20-30 minutes, and if you choose to provide contact information, you will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 5 $100 Amazon gift cards.
