Research participants needed for eye-tracking study of relevance evaluation

Interested in winning $20 by complete a 15min survey? Interested in making $30 an hour to do simple relevant evaluation tasks in front of an eye-tracker?

The IX lab at UT Austin iSchool seeks native English speakers to participate in research investigating users' cognitive process when users evaluate the relevance of the search results.

Participants will be asked to participate in an online survey. This survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes. Those who complete it will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of two $20 Amazon Gift Cards.

Following the survey, select participants will be invited to partake in an in-lab experiment. The in-lab experiment will be conducted at the Information eXperience Lab (IX Lab), School of Information, The University of Texas at Austin (1616 Guadalupe Street, UTA Building #5.516). You will need to do web browsing in front of a monitor with your eye movement collected by eye-tracking equipment. It will take around  60 minutes to complete the study. You will receive a $30 Amazon gift card upon the successful completion of the study.
