Join a Healthyhorns Registered Dietitian and a Counseling and Mental Health Center therapist and certified yoga teacher to learn about the impact of stress on your physical and mental well-being with a special emphasis on embodiment and creating the conditions needed for healthy digestive function. This workshop is an inclusive space devoted to honoring the hard work our minds and bodies do for us and creating intentional time for rest and connection. You can expect to connect with other students, learn about what our bodies need to promote health and well-being from the perspectives of a therapist and a dietitian, and to engage in somatic practices including yoga asana, meditation, and breathwork. No prior yoga experience is needed.

 

Note: On June 4, the workshop location is SSB, G1.310 (Glenn Maloney Room).
