We’re excited to welcome back RISE, a summer cohort experience designed to empower early-career faculty at UT with the tools, strategies, and peer community they need to succeed in their teaching journeys. Whether you’re building your first syllabus or refining your classroom culture, RISE offers dedicated time to grow, connect, and thrive.

Who should join?
Faculty within their first five years at UT with a professional or tenure-track appointment of at least 50%.

Program Highlights:

• Attend ALL 5 interactive summer sessions

  • Every Session is Monday July 7 - Aug 4 at 11:30

  • Digital badge & stipend upon completion

  • Mix of structured activities and informal lunch networking

  • Discussion topics include:

    • UT’s Teaching & Learning Ecosystem

    • Course Design & Organization

    • Assessment of Learning

    • Student Engagement

    • Building Course Culture
