 nd on a student leaders’ behalf. \n\n \n\nBefore attending the workshop\, a
 ssure your president/primary contact on HornsLink is up to date. The Safety
  Education team will compare your sign in to your organizations HornsLink r
 oster following the workshop. If your organization is frozen\, and you cann
 ot see your HornsLink page\, call the Student Organization Center at 512-47
 1-3065. \n\n \n\nAdd this date to your calendar and read the information be
 low to prepare. \n\nIn order to continue to create a safer UT community\, a
 ll student organizations complete the Safety Education Program annually. Sa
 fety Education connects student organizations to risk management\, preventi
 on\, and emergency resources. The safety education program is a two step pr
 ocess. The first step is this Safety Education Leadership Workshop for pres
 idents/primary contacts of all registered and sponsored student organizatio
 ns. The second step is for the president/primary contact to present the wor
 kshop content back to their student organization. Presidents/primary contac
 ts may attend this workshop on behalf of more than one organization in whic
 h they serve as president or primary contact. In order to receive credit fo
 r each organization\, you must sign-in and provide step two to every organi
 zation you represent. It is suggested that you select a date for a workshop
  that fits your schedule as soon as possible\, as they are first come\, fir
 st serve. Additionally\, attending an earlier workshop provides presidents/
 primary contacts with more time to plan and complete step two\, the safety 
 education organization training.  Multiple workshops are provided to fit yo
 ur schedule\; however\, you only need to attend one workshop per academic y
 ear. Nothing must be reviewed in advance to prepare for the workshop. Pleas
 e bring something to write with and a smart phone if you have one.
