Stress is a part of our daily lives, but when we start to feel overwhelmed we may need to rethink the strategies we are using to cope. Using cognitive techniques and guided relaxation, this interactive workshop will help you learn to recognize how stress affects you and teach you new ways to relax.
On completion of the workshop, student employees and interns will be able to:
– identify the impact of stress on your body, thoughts, feelings and behavior;
– recognize the difference between “good stress” and “bad stress,” and
– put into practice proven techniques for managing stress.
