Sprint Interval Training Study for people who want to exercise.

Hello UT Community members,

We, the Human Performance Laboratory, are running a study about sprint interval training with a unique bike. If you want to follow an exercise regimen by the supervising of masters' student, you need to visit the Human Performance Laboratory for eligibility (18-30-year old healthy women and men, not currently doing structured exercise training, free of cardiovascular disease and smoking). The study involves 10 weeks of training, 3 times per week (any 3 days of the week), and 20 minutes total per session. All training will be happening in BEL 820. Unfortunately, there is no compensation for participants, but we are going to assess your cardiorespiratory fitness and power improvements.
