Strategic Thinking (Four-Day Certificate Program)

The Strategic Thinking Certificate Program from Human Dimensions of Organizations at UT Austin prepares participants to think more strategically to enhance individual and organizational productivity.

Participants will gain tools to creatively conceptualize issues and solve problems, to anticipate and manage unexpected events, to boost project management and prioritization skills, to leverage historical thinking for effective leadership, to strategically define and guide change, and to optimize personal and team performance through tools rooted in psychology and cognitive science.

This program includes the following courses (no additional registration required):
