Are you a student leader who:
Wants to show up for your people, but isn’t always sure how?
Has had someone open up to you and thought, “I hope I’m handling this right”?
Wants clear, practical tools to support peers’ mental health and well-being?
Student leaders are often the first to notice when a friend, teammate, or org member is struggling. The Student Well-Being Leadership Series is a monthly training series designed to help student leaders build real-world skills around well-being and mental health. Learn how to listen effectively, respond when someone is in distress, and connect peers to campus resource, all while strengthening your leadership and helping create a more caring campus community.
Thursday, April 9
5-6:30pm

These trainings are open to any student interested in contributing to a campus culture of care, especially student organization leaders in the mental health space. Click here to RSVP!
