SUNDAY CINEMA: Pride and Prejudice (1940)

Those who love English novelist Jane Austen’s work will have the opportunity to see the "Austen in Austin" section of the "Stories to Tell" exhibition, then watch a lineup of free films on Sundays in October based on her enduring work.

Featuring extraordinary first editions, unique family and association copies, and some surprises, the exhibition in the galleries is open at noon every Sunday with docent tours at noon and 2 p.m. Stay for the Austen-inspired films at 3 p.m. in the Prothro Theatre inside the Ransom Center.

All events are FREE! No RSVP required, but arrive early as seating is limited. Street parking is free on Sundays!
