In this 4-session group, participants learn concepts and skills for:

  • regulating emotions when they feel out of control
  • communication skills for building healthy relationships
  • managing time, sleep, and energy (includes mindfulness skills)
  • having a healthier relationship with your emotions and acting on your values

This group is a great way for graduate students to access mental healthcare in a structured, psychoeducational format. Since the modules can be completed in any order, students can start the group at any time of the semester.
