 m is designed to give these young students a firsthand experience of campu

 rtance of maintaining good health to achieve future goals.\nThe day’s ac
 tivities will include a variety of hands-on workshops and educational stat
 ions\, such as:\n\n\nGoal-Setting Workshop: Students will complete a fun w
 orksheet to define their future aspirations\, such as what they want to be
  when they grow up\, and create a “roadmap” showing how healthy habits
  and education play a key role in achieving these goals.\n\n\nHands-On Sci
 ence Experiment: Students will participate in a simple health-related scie
 nce experiment (e.g.\, measuring how exercise impacts heart rate)\, offeri
 ng them an engaging introduction to scientific inquiry and the types of le
 ssons they might encounter in higher education.\n\n\nHealth Trivia Game: A
  trivia game focusing on health\, fitness\, and college life will be set u
 p\, with students divided into teams to compete for small prizes\, making 
 learning both interactive and fun.\n\n\nMain Activity: Interactive College
  Readiness Presentation: A lively\, interactive presentation will introduc
 e students to college life\, covering topics such as classes\, dorm life\,
  and extracurricular activities. Students will be encouraged to ask questi
