 m in PCL Learning Lab 3 for The Library of Ahmad Pasha al-Jazzar: A Readin
 g Workshop. In this workshop with Dr. Guy Burak (Librarian for Middle East
 ern & Islamic Studies at NYU)\, participants will look at several eighteen
 th-century inventories from the Arabic-speaking provinces of the Ottoman E
 mpire and explore potential uses of these documents for the intellectual\,
  political and legal history of the Middle East and\, more broadly\, the I
 slamic world. \n\n \n\nThis in-person workshop is free and open to the pub
