The State of the University Address

President Hartzell’s first State of the University address will not be delivered in person. Instead, it will be released as an audio broadcast that can be streamed or downloaded.  In the address, he will reflect on UT Austin’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and speak to his vision for making UT one of the nation’s very best public universities, characterized by excellence, academic freedom and diversity.

I loved the pre recorded audio only. Good Idea. It was kind of calming. It was good to hear updates, even if there are no answers. Thanks so much.

It was one of the best State of the University Addresses I've heard. The format was so different but it was really well done and showcased a variety of department successes & student talents.
