This 75-minute in-person mindfulness workshop includes a gentle hatha yoga practice appropriate for all levels, breathwork, journaling and guided visualization, plus intentional silence so participants can enjoy the stress-reducing benefits that pausing and reflecting can bring to our body and being. Facilitated by certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and EAP counselor Geeta Shirazi Mahajan, LCSW-S.
