All CMHC groups are free and confidential.

This drop-in support group is for students who have been impacted by the death of someone by suicide or other traumatic circumstances. This is an opportunity for connection and community. Group participants will explore their grief responses, understand issues that may complicate the grieving process, and receive education about grief. Participants may or may not have personally known the person who died.

The drop-in format of the group is a great way for students to access mental healthcare without having to make a weekly commitment.

Registration - Not necessary. Participants are not required to participate each week and can drop in for one, some, or all group sessions. Click below to receive weekly reminder emails about the group.
