The University Writing Center is hosting its next In-Person Writing Retreat Saturday, January 25th from 10am-5pm. Please join us to get ahead on your writing projects in a focused community of graduate student writers. You do not need to stay for the entire day. Registration is required. Our writing retreats are a great way to get out of the house, see some friendly faces, and get some writing done in a quiet, reduced distraction environment. 
Event details below:

• Individually wrapped, pre-packaged snacks will be provided. If you plan to stay more than an hour or two, we encourage you to bring a lunch with you! You will have access to a refrigerator and a microwave in the UWC break room. 
• Coffee and tea will be provided, and cream and sugar are available. 
• You will need to show your registration upon arrival. There will be front desk assistants to help check you in. 
• We will have consultants available throughout the day for check-ins and mini consultations
