Our writing retreats are a great way for graduate students to get out of the house, see some friendly faces, and get some writing done in a quiet, reduced distraction environment. 

Please read below for some important information about this event:

• We have reserved the UWC and Learning Lab 1 for the retreat. Feel free to grab a seat anywhere in these two spaces you feel most comfortable!

• Individually wrapped, pre-packaged snacks will be provided. If you plan on staying for more than a couple of hours, it'd be a great idea to bring a lunch with you.

• Free coffee will be provided, and cream and sugar are available but limited. We also have a refrigerator and microwave.

• We're following University guidelines regarding masks, meaning ALL writers are strongly encouraged to wear masks while you are inside the library and UWC. We will have bottles of hand sanitizer throughout the space and encourage you to clean your workstation before and after use.
