About this Event
Free EventTo study and practice Yoga. There will be an off campus instructor who will be donating his services. Our practice is a classical routine that is suitable for people with beginning and advanced experience with Yoga. Each session is free of charge. We practice Yoga to encourage healthy lifestyles, relieve stress and tension, heal physical and mental injuries, and reconnect with ourselves.

The University Yoga Club is one of the best yoga classes I've attended. Very authentic, therapeutic and engaging experience. The instructor is marvelous and very knowledgeable on traditional yoga practices. I enjoyed the class and hope to become a regular!
