 ique to women who immigrate to the United States. More specifically\, a se
 ries of workshops delve into the violence affecting women during the proce
 ss of migration\, in U.S. detention centers\, and in the workforce. The wo
 rkshops  consist of panels including various subject experts and community
  organizers\, who will facilitate a discussion with the attendees. Upon co
 nclusion\, the workshops will discuss policy options and propose recommend
 ations.
