About this Event
You're invited to attend 30-minute drop-in classes featuring a rotation of stress management strategies including movement, music, art, nature, and connection.
The group meets on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning on Wednesday, September 29-December 15 from 12-12:30 pm and Thursday, September 30-December 16 from 4-4:30 pm. Attend one or as many sessions as you'd like!
