The Preston Lab at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking 18–35 year old people in good general health to participate in research studies, which will use transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to study how small, temporary changes in brain activity affect performance on computer-based tasks.

  • Are right handed

  • Are a native English speaker

  • Have no history of psychiatric illness or learning disorders

  • Have no recent drug or alcohol abuse

Studies will consist of 1–3 sessions of tDCS and computer-based tasks at the Preston lab on the UT main campus. Sessions will each be approximately 1–2.5 hours long. Participants will be compensated $25 per hour for their time.

Please e-mail prestonlab@gmail.com and reference the “Brain Stimulation Study” if you are interested in participating.
