Weekly Free Yoga Sessions- Longhorn Yoga Club

Every Tuesday evening enjoy FREE weekly yoga sessions open to all UT affiliates. Classes are led by Suresh, a trained yoga instructor who volunteers his time to lead us in empowering Vinyasa sessions. Sessions are meant to promote mindfulness and self-awareness, as well to enhance flexibility and strength.
