Practices are held on Mondays and Thursdays every week at 7pm in Bailey Park located at 1101 W 33rd St. (Bus Stop 2083)
Practices are open to everyone, but are very structured and aimed at making players better at the sport.
All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is a water bottle (there is a water fountain on site).
 
Please fill out a player assesment form if you plan on attending practices so we can better tailor each practice to your skillset.
