WOE is a mentorship and service organization that strives to empower women! We do lots of service projects, including our philanthropy Posada Esperanza and events like our very own Staff Banquet; we also have tons of fun socials! Our meetings focus on personal and professional growth, and we have plenty of leadership and growth opportunities. We are also very proud of being a diverse organization on campus.
