• All sessions are live and in-person.
• Visitors may park at San Jacinto Garage and Brazos Garage, where standard parking rates apply.
• Validated parking in SJG Garage is provided for UT staff who work at remote campuses (LBJ Wildflower Center, J.J. Pickle Research Campus, etc.). To claim a parking pass, visit the welcome desk outside the WCP Ballroom on Thursday or Friday and present your UT ID.
